Hi,

     Today i got an update in HR about the minimum wages in The state of Rajasthan In India.

As per the act the previous wages were as under…

Now for the state of Rajasthan minimum wages has been revised on cards.Govt. had issued draft notification expressing intention to revise minimum wages in scheduled employments w.e.f.1st march 2008.After considering objections and suggestions from all related quarters, Govt has decided to revise minimum wages as follows:

Unskilled-100/ per day
Semiskilled-107/per day
Skilled-115/per day
       Final notification is expected to come out any day. it will have retrospective effect and has to be applied from 1st march.
